Terms of Sale and Customer Information
Siding Works - Version of 22 September 2026
1. Seller and contact
The seller is WEABLE SAS, share capital 1,000 EUR, 27 avenue Jean Medecin, 06000 Nice, France. Registered at RCS Nice under number 891 213 936. VAT number FR71891213936. Contact: social@alexandrefuchs.fr. The brand Siding Works designates our range of digital printable model railway building facades.
2. Products and technical requirements
You are purchasing digital files, not an assembled or printed physical model. Each product page describes the building and what the ZIP contains: an SVG file drawn to your chosen frontage width and scale, a tiled PDF sized for standard paper with assembly markers for printing across multiple sheets, and a summary of the settings used, including the effective opening dimensions produced by your selection. You need a device able to open ZIP files, a PDF reader, and a printer to produce the physical sheets. An SVG-compatible application is only needed if you plan to edit the vector file further. The on-screen preview shows the selected building at your chosen frontage, scale, brick finish and signage; small differences in printed color may occur depending on your printer and paper. These are printable facade designs for use on your own model layout structures.
3. Order and formation of contract
Before you are redirected to Stripe for payment, you see the product, its price, and your chosen configuration, including frontage width, scale, brick finish, signage, and paper size. You may correct these settings or cancel before paying. The contract is formed once your payment is confirmed. Your order confirmation contains your order reference, the paid configuration, these terms, and your personal file link. The contract language is English. We keep a record of the order and make the confirmation available for download from your personal file page at sidingworks.co.uk/my-files. No customer account is required.
4. Prices and payment
All displayed prices are final prices in pounds sterling, inclusive of any applicable VAT. There are no shipping costs since no physical item is shipped. Payment is a single one-time charge processed by Stripe. There is no subscription. A single paid facade (Station Terrace or Goods Yard) costs 12.90 GBP. Market Street costs 14.90 GBP. The Layout Collection bundle, which includes all paid facades, costs 29.90 GBP. One free facade, Yard Office, is available at no charge and is not covered by this order process. The total price confirmed before payment is the price actually charged.
5. Delivery and regeneration
Once payment is confirmed, we generate your ZIP file and make it available on your personal file page. Generation may take a short moment. We also send the confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout. For the facade or bundle you purchased, you may change the frontage width, scale, brick finish, signage and paper size and regenerate your files as many times as you need; this is included in the price you paid. The original order confirmation and the terms recorded at the time of purchase remain unchanged regardless of later regenerations. Keep your files and your confidential file link. If you lose access, contact us at social@alexandrefuchs.fr with your order reference and we will help restore it.
6. License and permitted use
You receive a non-exclusive license to use the purchased facades. You may print them for your own layout, resize them within the tool, and build physical models from them for your own use, including selling models you personally build and finish, commercially. This license does not permit selling, publicly sharing, or redistributing the digital source files, the PDF sheets, or derivative digital facade collections. Passing files to a third party solely for them to print and assemble on your behalf is allowed for your own personal use only, and does not grant that third party any independent license. Rights granted to you by applicable law are not affected by this section.
7. Right to cancel and immediate supply
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of its formation without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at social@alexandrefuchs.fr with your order reference and the date of purchase, using a clear statement such as: "I cancel my contract for [product/order reference], ordered on [date]." Using this wording is not required. Where a cancellation is validly made, we refund the payment received without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the same means of payment, unless otherwise agreed. No fee is charged to you for this. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, your right to cancel ends early once we have begun supplying the content, provided you have given your prior express consent to this immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right to cancel, as confirmed by the checkbox you ticked before paying, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract. Without this consent, this immediately delivered product cannot be ordered. Your statutory rights regarding faulty digital content are not affected. A cancellation statement will still be accepted for review even where the circumstances of a specific order need to be checked individually.
8. Refunds and access after refund
If we or Stripe issue a refund for your order, whether following a valid cancellation, another refund we approve, or a payment dispute, access to download your files and to regenerate them is withdrawn from that point forward. Files already downloaded before the refund remain your responsibility. To request a refund outside the cancellation right described above, contact us at social@alexandrefuchs.fr with your order reference and the reason for your request; we review each request individually.
9. Statutory rights for faulty digital content
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital content that is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose are not limited by these terms. If a file is corrupted, does not match its description, or fails to open despite meeting the technical requirements above, contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem so we can provide a repair, a replacement file, a price reduction, or another remedy available by law.
10. Privacy and final provisions
Information on how we process your order and configuration data is available in our privacy policy. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to you as a UK consumer. Your statutory right to bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence is not affected. If you have a complaint, please write first to social@alexandrefuchs.fr so we can review your situation directly.
