What we can help with

• Trouble opening or downloading your files, or a lost personal file link. See downloads and licence for what should be in your download.
• Questions about frontage width, scale, brick colour, sign text or paper size on a build.
• Regenerating your files with new settings if you're stuck.
• Refund requests, or the self-service cancellation form. See cancellations and refunds.
• Requests to access or delete the order data we hold about you.
• Anything that looks wrong or broken in a file you've received, covered by the warranty in our Terms of Sale.
