Siding Works is run by WEABLE SAS (27 avenue Jean Medecin, 06000 Nice, France, RCS Nice 891 213 936, VAT FR71891213936). This page explains, plainly, what data we handle and why.

No tracking

We don't run analytics, tracking cookies, or marketing pixels on this site. Browsing pages or trying Scene Builder doesn't feed any tracking or advertising system on our end.

What data we collect and why

When you place an order, or claim the free Yard Office kit, we keep an order record: the email address you provide at checkout, the options you selected (kit, frontage width, scale, brick colour, sign text, paper size) and, for paid orders, a payment reference from Stripe. This is used to generate and deliver your files, send your personal file link by email, and handle any support or refund request you make about that order. Adjusting settings in Scene Builder itself runs in your browser; placing an order or downloading Yard Office sends your chosen options and email address to our server so the files can be generated and delivered.

How your data is processed

Payment is handled by Stripe, which processes your card details directly as an independent controller or processor for the transaction; we don't see or store your card details ourselves. The email containing your personal file link is sent through Infomaniak's mail service (mail.infomaniak.com) as a transactional delivery email, not a marketing message, and you're not added to any mailing list because of it.

No accounts, no data sold

Siding Works has no customer accounts; access to your files is through the personal link sent after your order, not a login. We don't sell your data to third parties and use it only to fulfil and support your own order, keeping records for as long as needed for accounting, legal and support purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete the order data we hold about you by emailing social@alexandrefuchs.fr with your order reference. This is subject to our legal retention obligations, for example accounting law, which we'll explain if they apply to your request.
